New without box! Only tried them on! Planned on wearing them to a concert 2 years ago and went with something else instead and no longer need them. The patent leather is a fun twist on the standard white cowboy boot. Not sure why the sole says 5 when they are in fact a size 7.5. Only flaw is that there is a dent because another pair of boots rested on it. It should pop back out with wear (last pic)
