From website: This petite dress comes in breathable jersey and features a relaxed bodice and fitted midi skirt, off shoulder design with plunging V neckline, belted waistline with knotted closure at back, long sleeves, and pleated detailing throughout. New with tags removed, I tried it on and it's too tight for me (I'm more of a 2-4 in Nasty Gal than a 0). Cute though!
