Originally bought thinking that the size (UK 4) would fit a women's US 6, but it's quite large.
Best if you wear a 6.5 or even a 7. My friend who is a 7 tried them on and they fit her perfectly.

what's the platform size on these?

The heel portion is around 2 " and the front portion is just slightly lower (about1.7")
