This dress is NEW, never worn or taken out of the package. Originally $128. Size XS but fits more like a S. (This was a duplicate package they sent). Fits an A-B cup. Possibly a C cup but you wouldn’t have a lot of room. :) I would say it would fit a 25-26” waist comfortably. The tassels are so fun and great for pictures or a night out. There’s no more of this dress in this size on their website.
