Nasty Gal blue flower dress size 8

Perfect for wedding guest! It’s such a simple but structured dress. Size 8 but fits like a 6. Adjustable straps to make the neckline as low/high as you’d like! Worn once. I am 5’9 and it came above my knee (added photo for length)
