Nasty Gal speckled ivory and black mini dress 4

So cute for spring! This mini dress is ivory and black speckled with tie straps and a simple ruffle hem. It is soooop cute on. Fits true to size 4/small and looks lovely with a jean jacket, chunky bright earrings. This would be a really cute Easter dress:) Wore once to a dinner last spring!
