sesa324 @piscosour66 hi! I’m so sorry for my delayed response. I’m new to the app and wasn’t seeing comments for some reason. When laid flat the skirt is 17” across at the waist, 19” at the hips, and 20” at the bottom. The fabric does have a bit of a stretch to it as well.
