Nat Sherman, NY - Hammered Pewter Hip Flask / Cigar Case

Made in Sheffield, England for Nat Sherman, New York, this hammered pewter combination flask & cigar case would make a wonderful gift for that special person. It was gifted to me at least 30 years ago, and I honestly don't recall ever using it. The flask side holds six ounces, and I estimate that the cigar side holds two ring-size 54 cigars, or three ring-size 40's. There is a small engravable section on the upper left corner. It is made of heavy gauge pewter sheet, and weighs approximately one pound. It measures 6.5 inches tall (excluding the cap), 4.0 inches wide, and 1.0 inch deep. The pewter has developed a wonderful aged patina that I would advise against polishing. There are no dents or scratches, only a bit of satining in the finish from gentle handling.
