Natalie Martin Dress

*please read carefully* This used to be a full length dress but my sister cut it (don’t even get me started) to make a mini dress. I was hoping someone could still give life to it instead of me just throwing it out. Maybe a seamstress wants to turn it into a shirt or someone shorter can still wear it as a dress?
