Chic smocking and a puff sleeve make this tiered midi dress effortlessly versatile. You'll go from being comfortable at home to, well, anywhere in an instant. My lighting wasn't great when taking photos, this dress is overall in good condition but has 2 notable flaws including; a slight pull on the back smocking shown in close up before the care tag photo and some stitching coming loose on the right underarm, the smocked fabric does layer over the smooth cotton fabric so it creates a double wall and so the open seam doesn't create a hole.
