Native American Art False Face Mask

This is a vintage 1980s mask carved from the bark of a living tree. It is Iroquois (canadian) tribal affliation. No damage and in excellent condition. Purchased at the Tucson Gem and Mineral Show in the early 80s. These masks were originally used in healing ceremonies by the False Face Society.
