Pre-owned in good condition. Beautifully rugged looking! Has front pocket and small back pocket.Button up in the front. Made of 100% cotton. Ironing crease in the front hem (see 4th photo) which does not take away from the beauty of this skirt. Measurements:Front waist to bottom of hem 23", Waist (or could be worn on the hip) 33 1/2".
