mmregalbuto Whats the length? Would this be too long for someone 5ft?

celeste7d @mmregalbuto the length is 40 inches & the waist band is about 10.5 inches. Its meant to sit at the natural waistline. I'm 5'4" and the skirt hits about 1" above the ground so I would definitely check with the measurements to see if it would be too long for you
