“Natural of Indigo” Blue Skirt

Super cute skirt that buttons at hips and is open on sides. I’ve never seen a skirt made like this. Nice fabric with unidentifiable tag. 14 1/2” across front of skirt so doubled would be 29”. Unable to find size. Length is 16”. Super cute and wish it fit me! 100% Cotton
