EUC. Only wear is on the bottom. Size 9.5 but fit a 9 with socks well! GREAT for fall and winter!!! Heel is about 3.25-3.5". Love these but I just never wear them (worn less than 10 times). Bought at Nordstrom. Color is a rich dark chocolate/brown. Have original box and 2 pair of additional/replacement heel caps.
