Nautica cotton dress!

Cruising the seas for summer fun! NWOT never worn dress. 95% cotton, 5% elastane. Black and White stripe. Nautical and perfect with boat shoes or sandals. Elastic waist with side tie mostly fit decoration although you can get a little tightening. I am 5’ 1” and could not make this work.
