Nautical Sailor Swing Dress by Stop Staring Size Small, could use a little TLC

I want to be clear, this is an adorable piece that could use a little TLC. Unfortunately, there is a bit of deodorant residue under the arm area and on the bottom right of the skirt (this is why it is priced so low). I think it's an easy fix, just didn't have the time to do so! Military influences have carried throughout fashion eras, with each putting its own stamp on the inspiration.
