@beachlover55 the color is kind of a deep blue, just slightly lighter than navy. It’s a size medium so not sure on exact waist and bust measurements, but the fabric has a lot of stretch to it. I can check when I’m home if you’d like!

@beachlover55 I didn’t realize! Here are the measurements: 17 inches bust laying flat (so 34 inches total) and 18.5 inch waist laying flat (so 37 inches). Please note it isn’t a form fitting dress cut, it’s supposed to be loose.
