Nautical navy-white striped, boutique top

Perfectly nautical for spring and summer! Soft fabric with red star embellishment. Got it from great little boutique in Manhattan Beach. Pair it with dressy shorts, white or blue denim skinny jeans and flats, or be bold and pair it with more stripes or prints. Only worn once on July 4. (Used to fit me differently😐) Label says large but it does Not fit like a large! More like a Sm or Med.
