stephanithomps Very pretty, do you know for a fact every piece is Sterling by chance or is any of it?

lorensmith966 @stephanithomps it’s tarnished so I’m assuming Sterling, I can polish it but some prefer the patina. I just don’t have a Sterling tester

stephanithomps Surprisingly, there are a lot of things out there silver plated. So until you have anything confirmed by a jeweler if it’s not stamped, could wind up, being returned. Thanks for getting back.

stephanithomps @lorensmith966 …As for not having a Sterling tester, all you need to do is have a strong magnet, and if it sticks to it, it’s not sterling. You have to do it extremely slowly and pay attention. If there’s any hesitation, or a slight pull, it is not sterling. Of course you can always have any pawn shop or jeweler test items you’re not sure about.

lorensmith966 @stephanithomps I tried the magnetic test on this and no pull. So I tried it on a pendant I had and there was a stick/pull. Thank you for sharing that trick I appreciate it!
