Navajo pottery - multi colored horse hair artist signed vase

With a c.o.a. included, this beautiful Donavan Thompson signed piece is an amazing example of Native American artwork. It features an etched butterfly and the abstract designs rendered by the horse hair utilized in the manufacturing process by the Navajo tribe. There is a small scratch and some other tiny scuffs near the 7/8” diameter hole. The 7” diameter, 4” tall stunner also has a handful of barely discernible nicks and blemishes, which we have circled on the pics. We scrutinize our products very thoroughly in an attempt to always offer full disclosure. This magnificent vase is in excellent vintage condition.
