Very fine larger sterling silver cuff made by well-known Diné (Navajo) artist Wilbert Benally. Stamped sterling with artist’s hallmark “WB” Stones are natural Denim Lapis, so called for its paler blue color. Closeup photos show natural pyrite inclusions in the 4 half-inch oval cabochons.. A very fine example of authentic Native American craftsmanship, from my personal collection. Lapis is associated with the third eye chakra and said to promote insight. It is said to bring out the regal and noble nature if its wearer. The cuff is just over 1/2” wide with perfect deep concho stamping.
