does this fit like a modern day size 8? and where does it fall?

@mngs1371 I added a picture of it on me. I am a traditional size 8. 5'7" and it hits right below my knees. it's a straight cut so great for that fashionable overside look. There are shoulder pads which heloed it lay straight even on my pear shape.
the sleeves are a petite length so look at that measurement as that's where it didn't fit me.
