Navy 1/2 button up with belt

Collared button up shirt with cute girlie details. I think it looks better without the belt but am including it because the top has button straps on the side. More flattering on-curvy shape fits female shape nicely. Also small slits on side. 3/4 sleeves with buttons. Gathering in middle back so it flatters waist without being too flashy. Fits like a 10
