Navy 3x nwot polyester/cotton evening dress

Navy 3x nwot polyester/cotton evening dress. Not sure what to call this pretty dress. It could be just a special occasion or bridesmaid dress or wear with a cute jacket for daywear. Lots of options for sure. Please check the measurements closely as I could not find a size chart. I thought I saw a slight pull in the skirt but I can’t find it. There’s so much fabric it is hiding from me now. I measured length from the top of the strap which is not adjustable and it is 60”. Smoke and pet free home. Open to reasonable offers.
