Navy Amanda UpRichard silk open back dress

Worn once. Amanda Uprichard silk navy dress. Size Medium. I had it altered years ago and the alterations totally ruined the dress for me. The bottom of the dress is not cut straight across, one side is longer than the other in the back and in the front the middle of the dress goes up. The sides of the dress have to be fashion taped down. Maybe it can be fixed or made into a shirt? I just can’t look at it anymore
