Dress is Francesca from BCBG. Bought this for an event and never wore. Hung on to for a bit but never had anything formal enough. Super gorgeous material in navy with peplum waist and flare hem. I am 5’5 and can wear 4in heels w no issue. Please give this dress the glam it deserves. :)
