Navy Bill Levkoff tulle/chiffon dress style 1177

This dress brings both beauty and comfort—the pictures do not do it justice! Worn once as bridesmaid. Hemmed for 5’4” wearing 3 1/2” heels. No other alterations were done, as the fabric belt allowed me to naturally bring this dress in to fit my waist perfectly. I stepped on the dress in two places, which I have shown in the pictures. (I had a hard time even finding the small tears when it came to taking pictures!) dress retails for over $200, would love to see it go to a good home for less :)
