Navy Blue A-Line Formal Gown Dress Wedding Guest

Navy blue size small which will fit womens size 4-6. Dual layer dress professionally hemmed for me at 5'4. Fit perfectly with 1.5 inch heels. This works as a bridesmaid dress or for a black tie wedding. Slightly strechy lined top. Worn once. Pit to pit 16 inches. Between the top and the waist ribbon there is a tiny pull. Not quite a hole since its lace but it doesn't lay flat. See picture. From an smoke free home!
