Navy Blue Button Up Jacket

Worn maybe twice. Im not really sure what to call it. It buttons up, has no collar, has pockets, and is really soft. Its almost like a sweater jacket :) Shoulder to hem is 26” long Has some pilling in arms, you have to look for it, but I wanted it noted. (Pic included)
