Navy Blue Cara Casual Dress (Guess by Marciano)

A short navy blue dress that is modest and great for any formal event be it a wedding or a graduation. Fits well. The button in the back is good but the band on the other side that secures button has become undone but it can easily be fixed. The dress was only worn once for a wedding.
