Navy Blue Cotton Dress from Target

This dress is perfect for a day out in the sunshine. I personally wore it to a few concerts and beer festivals. It sits perfectly above the hips and flows out to hide any lumps or bumps from the hips or belly. It has a fun cutout in the back.
