Navy Blue Dress

Bought from Nordstrom. Nice, thick material which makes it look more flattering. Worn once then washed it and it shrunk. Now it's too short on me personally. I'm 5'6. 33.5" from shoulder down. Still has a nice fitted shape in the abdomen. Would look great with tights or without! Great condition!
