This brand new (without tags) more formal navy blue dress from Lovely is perfect for wedding season! Wear as a bridesmaid dress or turn heads as a wedding guest! Extremely comfortable and flattering this dress has a long ribbon belt that can be tied in the back, front, or side and has a beautiful v-neck with thin straps. I ordered this from an online boutique for a wedding and it arrived without tags. I wound up not wearing it and it’s been in my closet ever since!
