Navy Blue Dress

Beautiful navy blue dress. Can be dressed up or down and is very comfortable and flattering. I loved it but it no longer fits, it's in great condition and still has a ton of life left. It's a size 2, but my experience is that H&M sizing is insane so it really fits closer to a small/medium.
