Navy dress with capped sleeves, scooped neckline, and textured fabric. Zipper is in back. Fitted at waist with slight A-line flare. 21” from pit to pit, 39” from shoulder to hem, and waist (lying flat from side to side) 20 1/2”. Shell made of 90% polyester and 10% spandex. Lining 100% polyester.
