Navy Blue Dress with Bird Print and Lace Detail

Very cute dress! Navy blue with cream colored bird print. Black lace detail at hem and on open split back. Two button closure at the back of the neck and zipper closure on lower back. Very flowy and lightweight. Ruching on front under collar. Hem hits above knee on me, and I'm 5'4. Purchased on ModCloth and only worn in a few times.
