Navy Blue Floral Lolita Skirt by Clock Monster.

I bought this skirt back in 2015 at a local convention. It has only been used a few times since then. When not stretched out, the skirt measures at 27.5 inches (70 cm) at the waist and 21.5 inches (55.5 cm) from top to bottom. While this skirt is meant to fit as a “one size fits all”, it's more like a medium, I guess. Make of it what you will. I am selling it for $20 plus shipping from a smoke free and pet friendly home.
