Navy Blue Floral Long Sleeve Dress

Navy blue floral long sleeve shift dress. Ruffle collar, ruffle sleeves, and a v neck. Lovely blue, pink, and yellow roses. One of my favorites that just is a tad too tight now. Shapeless and drapey. No stretch. 3/4 sleeves. Fully lined, sleeves are very slightly sheer. Very pretty very feminine fall/spring dress. Seen on a small 5'4" frame 100% Polyester Tagged size 2 and fits true. Best fit for an xs. It's a little tight around the pits and shoulders when I move my arms. Brand is H&M
