Navy Blue Flowy Top NWOT Crisscross back open sides

Great top from Kohls. I took the tags off but never wore it. It’s a bit too flowy for me. The outer material is a crepey type fabric. I tried to show the texture in the last photo. The front and back parts kind of lift up and there’s a solid tank top underneath. The back has a cool crisscross design. Great for work. Very business casual. Not much of a sleeve.
