Navy Blue Formal Dress

Brand is “Rephyllis”. Ball gown/fishtail style. Only worn once & kept in storage for awhile. It’s a size S and could fit a 4-6. I’m 5ft and it’s still long and “flowy” with 4 inch heels on. Has a beige/taupe lining with a floral top print & also has a knee length slit on the side of it. Has very comfortable and stretchy material. No original tags.
