Navy Blue Front-Tie Sleeveless Blouse

This adorable tie-front sleeveless top is a deep navy blue with white polka dots all over it. To help with fit and shape while wearing, there is a zipper down the left side of the top that goes from approximately 1 inch under the left arm hole to approximately 1 inch from the hem. The front-tie can be worn in multiple ways depending on the wearer’s preferences, allowing flexibility in neckline! This neckline can go from a high neckline with a bow (shown in photos) to a low neckline with the ties hanging down.
