This beautiful dress has never been worn and still has original tags. I would’ve loved to wear it but it’s just not my size! I’d hope to make a dance or any occasion special for someone! The skirt is high waisted with matching bead work in the top of the skirt to match the top. The top is backless and has a higher neck coverage
