Navy Blue Jacket and Long Skirt for the Evening

This is a size 14 dress with a shiny curvy design on the jacket (wish picture would show it but it does not) and has no collar and a V neckline. It has 4 fabric covered buttons and the bottom of the jacket is curved. Sleeves are short. The jacket is long so it looks better over the full length skirt. Skirt is straight with a elastic waistline and a slit on the bottom back. The entire outfit is lined with fabric and must dry cleaned. This is meant to be work to a fancy event.
