Navy Blue Lace Open Back Dress

Beautiful navy blue dress with the perfect amount of sparkle and lace. The upper back is not completely open but does have see through lace. The middle of the dress has a small part of see through mesh that will show some skin as shown in the picture but I had a black tank top underneath for the picture. PRICE NEGOTIABLE!!!!!
