Adorable lace overlay navy blue dress. Got this to wear to my best friends wedding but need to clear the closet! Measurements laying flat are as follows: Bust: 17 inches Waist: 15 3/4 inches Hips: 21.5 inches, flowy Fabric has some stretch to it. I am 38, 31, 41 and it fits me. This is a great cocktail dress, throw on a layered necklace and some heels and you’re good to go!
