Navy Blue Lightweight Blouse

NWOT. Navy blue and white, very lightweight, doesn’t necessarily need a shirt under it though. Button-down detail but the buttons don’t actually come undone. Vertical stitch detail on front pictured as best I could! Never worn. Feel free to ask any questions!
