Navy Blue Maurices Dress

Navy Blue dress from Maurices with spaghetti straps. It has an empire waist with a scrappy back. There is also a smocked part across the back which adds some extra space if needed. The straps are adjustable as well. It has a beautiful and colorful pattern around the hem. The dress is about knee length. It is in perfect condition. It was only worn once for my high school graduation.
