Navy Blue Parker* dress NWOT

The dress is adorable. It is navy blue and first picture is true to color. I bought it at a boutique (Zou Zou) in Orlando for a wedding and never had a chance to wear it. The top is sheer (planned on wearing it with a cute Lacey bralette) and the bottom is fully lined. The waist has an elastic lining and grabs it wonderfully to accentuate it perfectly! The sleeves are wide and flow perfectly! Dress hits mid thigh. I love this dress! No wear and tear or flaws, NWOT
