Navy Blue Plaid Plus Size Maxi Dress

Perfect for fall & winter! Plus size navy blue dress with tan plaid design. Sweetheart neck design and ruching elastic on the back. Size 0X/14W. Never worn - tried on and too big for me. I am a 14/16 regular size. 21 inches measured flat pit to pit but can accommodate larger due to elastic in back. Please let me know if you have any questions.
